Prayer Focus for Today
Heavenly Father, as I come to the weekend my focus in prayer is on Sabbath and preparation for worship. I pray that I will take Jesus’ sacrifice on my behalf seriously enough that I will intentionally prepare myself for worship by resting and renewing myself in You today, and worshiping with others tomorrow. This I pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Prayer Focus for Today
Heavenly Father, today my prayer focuses on worship! I pray that You will prepare my hearts, and the heart of the people of New Life as we worship You that You will receive all glory and honor, today and always. This I pray in Jesus name. Amen.
Worship
Take time to praise God for His great grace, and for the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross! Praise Him that all that He has done has served to show us that He is, indeed, the one, true and living God!
Take time to confess your sins to God.
Take time to ask God for forgiveness of your sins.
Take time to share a song of praise to God.
Take time to rejoice in God’s blessings in your life.
Take time to prepare your prayer list for next week.
