Heavenly Father, on this Saturday, I thank You for the end of another week of work/school, and ask that as I have this opportunity to “change gears” that You will allow it to be a time when I reflect on Your presence in my life and the difference that makes! Fill me with Your Holy Spirit that I may be Yours from the inside out and let every opportunity to bear witness to Jesus be fruitful. This I pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Heavenly Father, this is the day You have made; I will rejoice and be glad in it! As I prepare my heart for worship, I pray that You will draw many people to gather and sing Your praises, to pray, to hear Your word read and proclaimed, and to be equipped to live another week in Your grace and power. Pour out Your Holy Spirit on those who will lead worship at New Life today, and on us all that we may glorify You through our worship. This I pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.
